Sidepony accepts credit cards via PayPal, money orders, and personal checks. Orders paid with a personal check will not be shipped until your payment has been received and has been cleared by the bank.

Orders can be placed directly on-line through our shopping cart, by email, by telephone or through snail mail.

All orders for instock items will be shipped within 4-5 days of being received (unless you are paying by check or money order). If any item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Your order will be shipped as soon as the item(s) has been reprinted.

All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 3-5 business days. (This depends on how far you are from New York.)
Shipping prices are calculated according to the pre-tax total of your order:

orders of $20 and under:	$5.00
orders of $20.01 to $50:	$6.00
orders of $50.01 to $100:	$7.00
orders of $100.01 and up:	free shipping — fabulous!

Of course! Just contact us with the items you want and we will calculate the shipping costs right away.

Because all sidepony products are handmade, slight variations may occur from item to item. However, all items are described as accurately as possible on the website. If you have a question about the color, size, etc. of an item, please contact us before you place your order. That said, sidepony will only accept returns on defective goods. Please email us if this occurs.

• Cards are packaged in a clear sleeve with a corresponding envelope and screenprinted by hand on cover weight paper.
• All tees are screenprinted on sweatshop free blanks.
